The only thing on that list that makes it prohibitively difficult to host that many users is the bandwidth. You'd need an OC-3 or higher, and those start at like $20,000/month, dedicated. Buying into an OC-12 pool would be cheaper.
As I said, even the old srvc can handle thousands of players. Even that is far better written than SSE, in that it scales with hardware properly. The source is there, compile it and test it for yourself.

I hate people who comment without understanding the code.
csremu crashez bcuz of too many incorrectz functionz dawg.
SRVC has only few basic functions(For in game).
Please if you comment so much, why don't you write something like that?

Lol, i can say the same, that i posted pictures somewhere in internet. Windrius admit, that you never do emu.
Ask jmerlin -.-, that pax helped him to make sremu.
Pax made:
"monster hp"
"monster walk with timer"
"player spawn and despawn functions"
"mobs autospawn"
"npc spawn"
".spawnallnpc"
"log in and log out when mobs are on the server"
and alot more

hm, the most of those functions are made by lyzerk and the basics are made by the sremu team(jmerlin,darkmind,clearscreen).pax didnt even added shops, cause lyzerk already added them.now you can continue your pax worship
@windrius sure ,you can use those ids

Actually this wasn't really working properly. While it's true that Pax was working over the Visual Basic SREmu, it's also true that the emu had the GPL so every part of it couldn't be sold without jMerlin's approval. That is something your tiny brain cannot understand. If Pax was such a good coder he could've started building another emu, and not editing the SREmu. Also, when there is a GPL you cannot write your own License, without even knowing the meaning of this word. While pax has really done some nice job over the emu, he has no right to sell it, and his disapproval to what jMerlin told him, lead to this point, of him finally leaving "his" project.
