Media pk Editing error

Please guys i am trying to add mark on the wizz who opened Life Turnover

i have extract the skilleffect from server_dep/silkroad/skilleffect

and added below wizz codes the below one direct
TurnOver effect SKILL_EU_WIZARD_MENTALA_DAMAGEUP_B ACT_L 0 FALSE none none 0 0 0 0 1 0,0 AT_LOOP MOV_NONE,0,0,0 0,0,0 false,0,0,0,0,false Res\skill\ system_trade_safemode.bsr * 0,13,0 none 0,0,0 none 0 none none none

then imported it on the media.pk again with the correct path but the game doesn't need to open it shows the loading icon then closed automatically

any one know solution for it ?
