how can i change my /makeitem max pluse its 8 , if i wrote 19999 it will drop as+8 still, so how to change it,

Hardcoded.

And no one bothers with that. Imagine someone, who got his GM privileges in your server, keeps spreading overpowered weapons ... not that great.
Leave it that way.
If you want OP items: Use a simple query. More reliable.
