How to revoke /Makeitem right

I was wondering... How can we grant GM all rights without /Makeitem ?

SMC --> Security --> Remove one of the securitys rights, and add only SR_GM_Lvl2 , 3 takes away MANY rights, I prefer 2 [[;.

SR_GM, SR_GM_Lvl1 etc are the GM rights.

Anyone knows what are the exact permissions that every GM rank gives?

I can take notes of them, and put them into a notepad and release them, after I get this server up for a friend, i'll start working on it.

The problem is that I tried with Lvl3 and 2, and the GM still being able to /Makeitem. So I don't really know what to do.
