mobs increase ?

i have 2 questions,
NOTE: i dont want it to respawn faster i want to increase the numbers as example: in ong habitat there's 1000 mobs i want to make it 2000,
1: how can i increase mobs for hotan-samrkand-constinipole like 2x what i have now ?
2: is that will make my server laggy ?

ofc it will affect your server performance , otherwise you have to use more than one gameserver since each gs could handle 40k of mobs as it's peak .

i will not load more mobs, i will just replace mobs, wish means, i will disable all the jangan cave mobs by closing TQ "jangan cave" and i will double hotan all places mobs, so how can i do that, and is that will really work like i explained or iam wrong ?
