problem with revers mark

i knew how to remove revers marks, but for jangan cave i tried everything and its still pop up , please a guild for how to remove jangan cave revers mark, please,

make sure you have removed them from db and media
and the table which responsible for that is _RefOptionalTeleport
p.s : there are like 4 ~ 5 lines you have to remove them both sides !
