Error while starting CustomCertificateServer

I just wonder if someone knows perhabs how to fix this kind of error which occurs at me.

If anyone knows what's wrong or could help me in some way I would really appreciate it a lot.

Cert from SROinfo is limmited to ip adress range 192.***.***.***, just use other cert.
