If you are going to "paste and copy all lazy peeps" then do the whole work and leave them no space replying with "HEY NOT WORK BRUH HALP HALP WUT TO DU".

... *sigh* since people are like "boobs" ... signature *cough*, here a short "what to do" shizzl.
Explantation:
regioninfo.txt defines the region overall (main process)
Code:
#TOWN Dunhuang
152 102 ALL
152 103 ALL
[...]
#TOWN || FIELD Name_Of_Region = should be obvious what it handles, declared region name.
NUMBER NUMBER ALL = Region declarations from your freeging Map.pk2 FILE (*.o2) <> FOLDER ... seriously, saw lots of people hinting to media and or data. "ALL" is omni/standard/always, has no real meaning for us.

effectenvsnd.txt declares the sounds like music, effects, misc effects, which should be played while entering the respective grid
Code:
<1> Dunhuang
"Donwhang_Town.ogg"
<2> 撤
<3> "night_wind.wav" 0~0
<3> "donhwang_wind01.wav" 15~25
[...]
<2> 广
<3> "night_wind.wav" 0~0
<3> "donhwang_wind01.wav" 15~25
[...]
<1> = declared region name
<2> = given music file (has to match the one from music.pk2 in each figure!)
<3> = same here, given sound file (has to match the *.wav files from the data.pk2, same case here)
just some format and order, kind of important and has to be.
<1> Dunhuang = has to match the given name in your regioninfo!!!
"Donwhang_Town.ogg" = the *.ogg sound file, which will be played frequently looped, always played.
<2> 撤 || 广 = no fucking clue, has absolutely no affect onto anything ingame, but seperates 2 identical sound schemes...
<3> "donhwang_wind01.wav" 15~25 = *.wav files (misc effects, etc, not music!) which will be played on forced intervals. in this case every 15 up to 25 minutes. *.wav files (effect, misc effect, etc sound files) are located inside the data.pk2, not music.pk2!

entire map.pk2 related, has the given *.ogg files.
The names of the
music files have to match the one given inside the effectenvsnd.txt. Shouldn't be case sensitive, but do it anyways.
Now, was it that hard? ... start learning instead of copy & pasting guys.
Have fun with it.
Solving such "issues" isn't that hard. No one needs to be pointed with "he/her solved this years ago", since everybody can handle such not hard but exhausting info and file handling.
