Issue With Game Starting

My friend is setting up a private server and has an issue with "game" in "gamegroup01" stopping. Does anyone have any info on how to fix this? We've switched out databases multiple times testing it, i'm not sure what's stopping it, it will pause after approximately 10 seconds. It has a load of mob item drop error's then this in the logs:

I just had this problem and nearly had a heart attack
After review I discovered that the problem occurred after making changes to the "NpcQuest.SData" file in the "Bin/date" folder.
