Well on items themselves there are restrictions. I remember putting Blocking Rate on a necklace which worked but im not sure if the effect actually applied.
if u dont want to get a proper formula for calculating the blues i recommend u doing the following:
Put sword 1d into inventory slot 1
put sword 1d into inventlory slot 2
add 1 str to slot 1
add 2 str to slot 2
Go to _items to the corresponding itemid;
check Param1 and Param2
Do this
Param2-Param1= basealgo
Param1-Hello = @baseimmo
Immonum = the amount of that particular blue... like 13337 str for example.
((@baseimmo*@immonum)-(@basealgo*(@immonum-1)))
