Looking for server -> requirements

I´m looking for a private server with the following requirements :

Cap : 70-110
Rates : not important
players : 300 + online , friendly and not tooooo many turks if possible
others : no corrupt GMs or a donation system which destroys the gameplay ( for example servers where you can buy egy B +22 weps and such **** ) .
Vsro based would be good also .
Magic pop disabled or with same rates as in Isro . Silk not too expencive and tradable .

Any idea guys ?

I think that pretty fits my server in signature, we do have around 1500 players online...

There are many turks and egyptians though, but I guess like any silkroad place :/. Give it a try and feedback!

Yea and 99 % of all servers that gets advertised there are **** .

In my opinion u can't find friendly people in special SRO game (PSRO or even any sro)
