Vsro server files system requirements?

Anyone know vsro server files system requirements?
Or system features of current private servers with vsro server files?

Like :
Vps or Vds or Cloud Vds
Intel Xeon 3450 (Quad Core)
2 GB DDR3 Memory
2 x 250 GB Hard Drive
10 TB Bandwidth etc.
Edit : These features can handle *** players without lag

And if can hosting provider.

idk about processor (4-6 core xenons are ok i guess)
atleast 8gb ram
ssd/sas hard drives

that should do it and for the internet account I would have at least 100 mbit up and download. Unlimited ofcourse

and ddos protection is also a good idea
