I am still looking for the Font change about this game.exe i have been tried alot offsets but nothing changing anyone knows the solution ?

It seems that the format for Font has been changed with this Game.exe. Usually it is within the first 100lines or so of the game.exe, but that doesnt work for this one. I can only assume with the limited knowledge that i have, that the font picks up from your actually default system font for your PC. I may be wrong with that, but from the quick look i had for font, I seemed to come to the same ends as you, Bondax. Try change system font and see if it affects the game font atall.. Other than that, i can only say keep looking, or hope someone with more knowledge to comment, Castor/Sominus/Nubness for example.

Simple answer... not without a lot of troubling work. You need to remake both the game.exe and PS_Game.exe in order for it to work i believe.

Are you sure you've correctly changed the IP in game.exe, and in your server .ini files?
Check your firewall as well to make sure you have ports 30800 and 30810 open.
If you have done all correctly, then the included files will work fine.

*EDIT*
both ports opened here. I tested with another IP (Test Server) and it worked!
My test server IP was the same as on this game.exe

Does that mean you got it all working, or are still having problems with the "old" IP? It could be if you were trying to use your WAN IP for home internet, that your ISP actually blocks connections meaning it wont work, to fix this, you have to use something like Hamachi, or a vpn to allow others to connect.

I'm using a VPN. That was supposed to work right?
Example of my VPN IP -> 222.222.222.22
