[Exploit|Theory]Dupe items

Well I got duped Thursday.. I bought an item from the AH and i put it on my character and then I restarted my game. When i logged back on..........................The gear was GONE. It was a goddess gear also. It happen at 3 am Thursday.. btw i play shaiya evolution

your gonna have to reas this thread alittle closer my friend. it has already been said that if you dupe items, then you have a duplicate id. these are meant to be unique so if there is more then one of the same id number, then obviously, the item has been duped.

it doesnt matter how many times you swap the item, it will always have the same id as the original item, so you have to lose the item or you or any one else with the duplicate item will get caught.

no thats not what I meant. ill explain it further.

1. duplicate a gold bar (or a stack of 10, whatever) by whatever method possible.
2. Take it to the merchant and sell it for cash.
3. spend that cash or buy another stack of gold bars

to my understanding the id for that item would go away when you sell the duped gold bar. am i right? and when you buy another one it gets a new id.

sorry, my fault for not understanding what you meant,

yeah! that would work! you would lose your gold bars to the system, as you'd NPC them but you retain the gold you get back! very clever!

they cant record all transactions within the game, that would be rediculous, so i'm 99% sure that they just scan for duplicate IDs, which you wouldnt have cos you would have NPC'd the items

bring on the methods now guys

ask anyone you know or who you think would know about duping, lol.

Yup..they fix it ..
look at AGE pach notes

1. Alt+F4 - market instant close, but caracter remainds 10-12 sec

2. Ctrl+alt+del [task menager]- look at 1.

3. Set market, pres O[option] exit game, start countdown.
In the phase of countdown [10sec] Buyer CAN'T buy item,

3.[edit]- Before they fix it, we coud acctualy buy an item in a
phase of countdown..naw it says *Can't pruchase item*

I trayed to buy an item in the time when market close like 2 sec after hit Alt+f4 [after tap it.. shop remains open 2sec then it closes and caracter remains]...but still nothing ..maby didnt tray to many times idk..
maby its not it..

i tried to dupe on p server ( sufni ) my shop closes in less than 1s after i altf4 any suggestions ?

i want everyone to start looking at the dupe method performed on the linked servers, i still say thats the way forward until we know different.

months ago i tried to dupe using linked zone but it never worked for me . i was giving a gold bar to a friend with trans then enter the portal i heard that u gotta dc before it opens the load screen i dced lot of times before it starts to load but no result
EDIT: can any1 try to dupe in sufni server pretty plz

I wish that you would stay with duplicating items on OS. Don't promote doing so on private servers -.- some are not created to gain profit.

hmmm, maybe theres another way ....
how about we use another way of tradding .... i mean instead of using the shop how about use the normal transaction thing , since when u do alt+f4 the shop closes , maybe the transaction window doesnt , wich can possible let us do the same as what was done on a shop o.o ,.... just a theory

no, deffo not, i'm not promoting private servers! i want to know about the original shaiya and how to dupe. someone reading this thread will know someone else who will be able to do this this and thats what i'm after

please help us guys, what is the method for duping on linked servers using the original shaiya servers!

I think the key is to try to find more ways to dc someone and hope that one of those methods doesnt close the market window. Btw, gukaa, can you please rephrase what you wrote? I didn't understand it.
