i am looking for a low rate (1x - 5x) server with very few fixes (if any). Being a cheater on CM servers, i don't like being so limited in cheats i use (no packets, for example)....

I bet no one has seen me cheating (and I've started with basics around January). Cheating should be done quietly, unless somebody wishes for a virtual suicide and character loss.
