Depending on your build it is possible to hunt mobs -4 to -6lv for drops, instead of hunting higher level mobs. It will be lower damage on your char and more kills / time compared to higher mobs.

I guess it will be better to spare some time fixing the database IDs instead.
If ppl are using IDs of e.g. 800k it is their own issue and it will support "copy paste" from other clients...
