Interrupt casting animation and execution of skill

Hey,

Is is possible to modify the game so that you are able to interrupt casting animation and execution of skill in order to move away. Like when you see Medusa casting Petrify, then you can "cancel" your spell and run away. Thanks in advance.

If so, will it be done by filters or server sided?

You can also open a stall and break the casting animation.

okay I know so far. You can also hit the Exit button to interrupt casting, but thats not userfriendly

Do you think it is possible to modify the game so that you will automatically stop casting when trying to walk instead?

This is not useful, because you have to click on the ground to start some skills e.g. teleport.

this is extremly useful. Watch WoW. I dont want to stay there for 3 seconds unable to move. Its like a 3 second stun that I have invoked myself.

So.. you want an exploit at simple words?
Even reducing the cooldown from client you cannot do it since it's server side cooldown. Most servers patched the skill cancel behavior, there is no other possibility.

Just imagine everybody doing this kind stuff on Silkroad

I always think about the lack of playability, repetitive, boring... Silkroad would be a better game if casting skills to enemies could miss by targeting wrong angles and/or distance

It's more about game server modifications than filter stupid fixes.

I can actually make that happen & assign a hotkey for it for example. But would people really like that to be applied?

Because this will ruin the fun of some events, like Medusa stuck thing.

alright follow these steps to cast a spell but it looks like you are standing still 1)find a spell you want to cast (lets say one that cost 5 energy) 2)Make sure you have enough energy to cast the skill twice (If it costed 5 ene. have at least 10 ene.) 3)Begin to cast your spell 4)As the green bar showing how much longer you have to wait for the skill comes up, cast the spell (hit the number) again. It will make it look like you are standing still, not casting. It only takes the...
