I had this problem before and it was because I did not do a full server restart in a long time. Try restarting the whole server not just the shaiya server.

I'm glad you think so :) We just moved into open beta, so there isn't a lot of people playing yet, but hopefully more will come. The light side is still lacking players :P

Still trying to figure this out myself, I'm 99% sure it's server sided just like the opcode to change the actual points. Use cheat engine to find it.
