If it hasn't been implemented yet make the players go through all the tutorial and at the end as price for completing it give them a full set of armor and a weapon to choose from so jumping to the fast leveling requires to actually complete the tutorial.
If i am not wrong just editing the price from the last npc from a 20% talisman to said armor and weapon set should do the trick =_=
Yea Ill definitely rework the starting area, question is to which extend. Furthermore, im not yet sure about starting items and stuff, they will probably be mediocre, because you will spend more time in lower levels but level faster at higher levels compared to what youve experience on other servers. So its not particular easy to say we'd give out froianne with high stats as starting items because thats content you would have to work for.

Dual/multi clienting cannot be prevented I guess but yea, the server will be low rate. Content will be evenly split across levels so it wouldnt make much sense to give to much starting gear.

What's wrong with dual client?? Lonely ppl like to play with an alt.
I can get why multi (more then 2) can be annoying as fK but if he decide to ban that ones, its pretty easy usually ppl that use more then 2 clients have in 1 spot like 6 chars with similar names (no brain at all)
