ok so far as i know rf if you Kill *** mobs *** means 100+or 200+ mobs you have a very high chance on getting SI weapons and Leon pieces

The reward is dependent on the style of the BD. BDs that involve bosses are the only ones where you can get SI weapons. Single boss BDs drop melee SI weapons and two boss BDs drop ranged weapons and staffs. The dungeons that are kill *** mobs, I believe those will only drop armor.
There are some of the kill *** mobs that in addition have a "hidden" PB. This is just a PB that you may run across on a level. You can kill the PB in addition to the *** mobs (you still have to kill the correct number of mobs to pass the BD) and I don't know how that affects the drops. Only killed one one time on a 31-35 BD.

kill the amount isn't the rule too, i was try kill many monster many times still not get an SI weapon, but i see my brother not kill many monsters, just about 5 minute can get SI weapon.
release it plzzz
maybe dont make a block with a shield ?

hmmmm i think do not buff up?..im always buffing up every mission starts..for about 20 times..i did not get an SI!! maybe thats it!!?? correct?...w8...i think its not an achievement... so.. i dont know?

Checked other similar threads, couldn't find. This has likely been posted before, but I found it by chance.
Get/Make a macro program with AutoIt, AutoMouse, whatever you like, as long as it can spam a button in regular intervals.
Find a humanoid, equip the type of weapon you wish to train, then assign the button you spam to Sap.
Your weapon skill will now increase at the same rate as if you'd hit the mob normally.

Just as you enter the outlands through the dark portal there are allied mobs fighting level 60 + elites that respawn instantly.
Just stand on the stairs shooting the targets to increase bow/gun skill, and not take any damage :)
Can also go down and melee the mobs, you are usually safe but be a little cautious.

Also, ich bin heute mit meinem 60er hunter auf ne nette 2h stangenwaffe gestoßen mit 3.4attack speed.. leider hatte ich den waffenskill erst auf 40... der tipp funzt am besten inner gruppe wos nich so wichtig is mal dmg zu machen^^
Einfach 2h Waffe nehmen, nen gegner raussuchen und die ganze zeit Zurechtstutzen spamen ;) so hab ich den skill innerhalb von 5 min auf 250 bekommen, obwohl die waffe so langsam is (:
