Help!!How to increase chance for +12 equipment+Pkt time

Hello guys...
need your help anyone know how to increase the chance of +12 items
coz in my servers hard to make +12 items so maybe anyone can teach me how to
increase percentage of the chance to make it succesfully...

second question is how to change pkt time and where to edit it please make the details coz need to change the time of PKT please profesional player help me
solve this 2problems

for first questions..
1.go to cq_user find your character id then copy it by press Ctrl+C
2.go to cq_item press Ctrl+F to find your id..
3.put in your id by press Ctrl+V then you should see all your item..
4.change the magic3 thats mean your +12 made by yellowstone
5.change the gem1 and gem2 thats mean what u put in your socket..example 18 is the id for superamber..
6.edit your eudemonattack1 till 4...thats mean your (serangan api,air,angin,udara)
7.edit your specialeffect thats mean your soul level..
8.put your name it will look cool..after specialeffect..
9.most important is put in 1024 in warghost

i want make my server be easy to upgrade +12items so people dont hard to make bonus on their items lol

4. when you do this you have to add that to the chksum too or the item will not appear. This goes for changing the lvl and qu of the item too everything else is fair game, unless you have a db that doesn't need chksum then you don't need to mess with it

7. specialeffect is just that, warghost is for F-Soul[still find no point in either of the two]

lmao do it the lazy way just use the newbie gift[729012] to get +[w/e bonus you set it to] with lvl 8 F-Soul

this is the +255 bonus lvl 8 f-soul cq_action codes editing the newbie gift

I see this quite often. It's a common mistake you do not need the ~ mark as a space in the param when there is only 1 field.

Example would be Type 101 has 1 field %s (String)

Type 102 has 2 fields %s %i (String and Integer)

Type 1010 has 1 field %s (String)

I didn't make it that's how it was posted when I found it. It work so there was no point for me to make changes to it. Not going to get picky over small details. Plus I seen you and a few other all say it's needed it's not needed to the point it's hard to tell.

Would you take apart a whole car if the breaks were the only thing that needed work?

If I was writing it off the top of my head and knew that they were not needed then no I wouldn't but like I said I found it that way and it didn't give me any problems so naturely I'm not going to think about it. Now that I know it explains the reason to why some of the npc are a lil bug and when I go to fix them hopdfully I don't get that random words not lining up with one another. Don't ask the cq_action came like that notice it threw out the server.
