I'd download official russian client, extract its StringResource, and replace the StringResource in your Arcadia with your russian string-rdb (use Glandu's rdb-tool to overwrite existing table).
And I don't want to sound unfriendly, but you should prefer posting questions in Help-Thread (to not fill other threads with personal questions which don't relate to topic)

i will add
get_item_random_option(item_handle,index_number)//
return random option value of given item doesn't print it self and contain 3 values
Like :
ID = get_item_random_option(item_handle,index_number)
ID[1] = Type (96 for + / 98 for % / 133 for skill etc...)
ID[2] = Value 01 (value of random option (vit/agi/int/str ..etc)
ID[3] = Value 02 (the amount)
index_number between 1 - 10//

set_item_random_option(item_handle,index_number,ID[1],ID[2],ID[3])

change_item_code(item_handle,code)
change item code

its better to check returning values for every function also (on succeed/fail/etc using message(func()) or cprint(func())).
