Soul Taming Skill

I use Royal Repack.
But my skill tree hasn't got a soul taming skill
Normally, this ability to present it. How can i fix it

Did you import skill tables from database and convert them to .rdb files ?

Hello, I noticed a few people have soul taming on private servers... I would like to know if anybody knows how it is done on 8.1 server files, I have my own server set up that me and my friends sometimes play on with hamachi... But really want soul taming so I can test all types of pets! If anybody is willing to help, I will pay... although not a great deal due to it only being for me and my friends... Thank you :handsdown:

I think it is really ridiculous to have a 2 minute cooldown time on this skill. Tame rates for higher tier pets are horrid, so people buy in excess of 60 cards from the NPC to go tame them. That's 2+ hours of time wasted failing 30 to 1. If not worse. Is it possible to edit this one skill and make it 30 second cooldown, or 20 seconds. Either way, If it is possible someone please do it. Thank you.
