Pyrok isn't joking around^^ My upload server was set to 0.0.0.0 and it was working fine. If you keep the uploadserver on default port and ip (delete these lines from uploadserver.opt) settings it will use the 0.0.0.0 as ip too. And to make it clear even some of the official Rappelz servers are using the 0.0.0.0 ip for the upload server! Till now i don't understand why but on some systems it's only working with the 0.0.0.0 setting.
It's strange but if you are bugging around with the upload server try to use the 0.0.0.0 ips.
