Hey i need help ^^.

I Dont Know how to shrink a pic and was wondering if you guys would know or if you could do it for me.

I need it Shrunk into 2 16x16 pics thx .

ye like he said just use paint or photoshop and shrink image size by grabbing corner, not that hard/

you need to learn to do things such as this
