Cannot connect to the login server (10061)

Hi!, please help this noob.
I just got my local test server (clean 9.5.2) up and running but whenever i try to login with another computer connected on the same router i get "cannot connect to the login server (10061)".

As suggested in this thread i have:
-Opened authserver (N:io.auth.port:9881) and gameserver (N:io.port:4504) ports for both incoming and outgoing requests on the server host computer;
-Changed game S:io.ip_address:, auth S:io.ip_address: and Launcher Ip from 127.0.0.1 to my IPv4 address.
Still getting "cannot connect to the login server (10061)"

What am i missing?

Launcher:

authserver

gameserver

Sorry for the late answer, you mean like this?

I've done this for both incoming and outgoing, still nothing.

Yes that's what I meant. Some people think you need to do UDP but it is not necessary.

I am missing what else you might need to do.

I run my server on a LAN just doing what you mentioned.

Couple of questions with much more to come since I am new to the scene, sorry if any of these sounds dumb to you

1-) Whenever I use any GM command for stuff like setting someone's level to 200, or adding all the skills to someone, it takes absurd amounts of time. The levels are added 2 at a time and jlvl and skills are upped 2 at a time, until it's done, neither the GM nor the player can do anything. Is there any way to speed this up? Since I am planning to add a NPC/Item to do this, I need it to be much more faster than this.

2-) I have managed to use rzauth to save guild icons in a folder in my VPS (the upload folder as of glandu's auth emu). However when I set a guild icon, guild name becomes invisible on top of the players name, and icon doesn't get saved in the guild window either. Any possible solutions for this?

3-) Is there a quick and permanent way to remove guild penalty? I saw a couple of GS commands (that I still have little idea how to use them to begin with) yet I want to fully remove it altogether so if I happen to host a public server, it would not bother the players.

I know these may sound dumb for the veterans here, yet I am much of a beginner, I learn fast yet I learn by comparison and I sometimes get absolutely lost between threads even on simple stuff such as above, so I'll be more than thankful to anyone who could help me get a boost on things

those ports must be open in every firewall on your local network to work on other local and public computers and your router has a firewall on it's own
So make sure to open those ports in your router too.

if you don't want to open your port to public traffic, then some routers have a feature were you only allow those port connection for some local devices or all of them but not for public if you do that you'll be able to play your server on any computer that is connected to your router

I have this problem occasionally occur when running just auth and gameserver , i noticed that gameserver keeps trying to connect to the log_server since it fills my GameServer with "cannot connect log server: iP: 127.0.0.1 , port: 4516", and slows my Rappelz server down.

running Log>ChatLog>Upload>Patch>Auth>Herlock. fixed it for me.

1-) Using the 9.5.2(was 9.6.2) files right now. *Fixed the problem thanks to Hellolama

2-) Tried, with both 127.0.0.1 and external IP of the server. Still whenever I add an icon to a guild, it saves it to the database, yet it is not visible in game and guild name becomes invisible aswell. Perhaps I need to add a line to my launcher .bat file? *Yeah my problem is definitely download based, icons are uploaded to the VPS yet not downloaded back to the game client. *Fixed it, now can actively upload even without disconnecting from the game.

3-) As I thought, merely adding those lines did not work, do these recall a GS command? I could not see such GS command in any listings as well. Or do I need to write a .lua script from scratch? [Problem still up]

Or you could just turn off logging in the game server .opt if it is not important to you
