Hello all dudes,this is my first time trying make rappelz private server and i have some issues,i read many posts here but i cant realise whats wrong.I have error when i try run Captain herlock thats says:cant find lua files.
My other issue is the launcher i must make to open game client.i use revolution 9,4 files but i dont have the launcher.I would really appreciate any help i m new here and i ll keep reading ur posts to learn more and more.Thank you .

Ok after many reading i finally manage to set the server.My isuue now is account .Continiue searching the thread to find a solution.Faster reply would be appriciated

Hello again,i fix issue with account but now i have problem when i try log in to server.Game opens i get in account and then a message appears.

To me that looks like an address or port issue in your .opt files could you post what you have?

You only need to open 2 ports, one for game server and one for auth server.

Before you said connected through LAN

Now you are saying you were running your .opt with Hamachi IP now using another program with another IP.

As soon as you put an external or web based IP in your .opt file your computers no longer access the server host via LAN but instead are forced out to the internet and route back to your host computer via the external IP.

Now you not only need ports open in windows advanced firewall but to allow internet based connections to your server because LAN no longer applies here you also need to set up port forwarding in your router and or modem to your host computer running the server.

Hamachi and other programs use a vpn to create a virtual LAN
my PC and other games doesn't differentiate between actual and virtual LANs
this is as far as I know cause my knowledge is very limited
I didn't know that virtual IP can be accessed through internet.

I thought it just go through the vpn and connect through the virtual IPs

Make sure both devices are connected to the same network on Hamachi.

Hello, guys. I've got a problem. I have 9.5.2 local server. When I play using US client from the Revolution team, it's ok. But when I was trying to play using the official Russian client, I get the error "You've been disconnected from the server". There is a log message about the difference between the client version. I know the problem is in the client version, maybe it is in the localeinfo.ini file or the SFrame. But how can I fix that? Does anybody have a patched SFrame version for Russian client? Thanks in advance!

In the gameserver.opt set the following line...

N game.version:20181211

To the correct version of your sframe. Not sure if it will guaranteed work though depending on your client and if it is close enough to when the 9.5 files were acquired.
