MY Client crashes after trying to create a character. 6.2 rappelz, tried all the race but still crash. cant find anything on this

It is probably an SMP did you look at the crash dump?

cant find the crash dump, maybe bad client? using 6.2 client with no GG sframe

No I am not thinking a bad client.

I said I was thinking it was a bad SMP like dbo.smp_insert_character

The crash dump should tell you if it was.

I need a help. I would like to be able to trade everywhere - not only in MARICAT MARKET. What shall I do to achieve this?
Also, how can I create 10 lvl skill of creature taming for each type of characters?

Set world location in towns the same as world location in flea...be careful with everywhere. It could have undesirable effects in the field and dungeons.

I believe you just need to edit the skill resource and skill JP resource for skill 4003 and add the new combined tables to the client as an RDB

You may need to tweak skill tree resources if you are adding the new levels in higher trees than the first tree for the other characters.

Alternatively you can still taming scrolls in an NPC and everyone has level 20 taming.

I know, that question was asked many times, but what minimal server params i need for testing Rappelz on server side? ( i never launch RZ server on hosting and i want learn more about it)
p.s. only for 1-3 people without antiddos and etc...
Interesting params: space, RAM, proc, hdd/ssd??...

uhh been a while here,

so i was wondering how to change skills icons, i went to dbo.skillresource edited the icon_id to 0 and changed icon file name to the desired one , added the cordinates to the 002 spr file hashed it along with the desired icon, put into the resource. restart herlock and launch game ... skill sill have the same old icon x.x

do i have to hash dbo.skillresource ? as that i made a .lua for it and all skills turned invisible xd maybe i missed a spot?

You only need to make a client side change, icons are not transfered over the network (would be slow af). You just need to swap the existing icon.

Get the skill associated icon file name and name your custom icon like that. Then put your file with the exact same name into your data.00x, it should work.
