update telecaster.dbo.character set permission = 100 where name = 'YourCharacterName'

Find out where you are...

/position

Spawn a monster near where you are...

/run add_npc(X, Y, MOB-ID, HowMuch)

Since they were originally GamePower7's files and they come with an Arabic sframe, I would have to say yes. you can make an Arabic server with the Arabic server files.
