I just read on the other forum this was posted that it only works with epic6.2 or ageofrappelz client, downloading age of rappelz client now to test this out. like an hour+ left on the download, so i'll tell you if this works later

Hm, actually I'm using the newest version of Rappelz US (6.2), and it did not work for me, but *dunno*...

I thought that the current version on the US is 7.2 o.o

Oh, right.. my fault.. (have 7.2 - not 6.2) O.O

EDIT: loading the AOE rappelz files now... i ll tell you if it worked after that...

EDIT:

Downloaded AOE, used those files, created the .bat file, with the data. Inserted my IP adress, and checked all the access rights with the DB, with the account sa - passwords are removed. However, I'm still getting the same error: "Can't connect to the Login Server"

Anyone can help?

run first prinses(auth) exe, then captain, after he is finish type those command in prinses(auth) line, after that run the bat file in aor folder

I got the AOR files, but still no change, I can't get the captain server to work at all, I think i'll give up for now if anyone has any ideas i'd be happy to hear, goodnight

i got all the way to the character create screen and then it tells me i "may not create this character" how do i fix that?

did you used your right ip in bat file ?

jep.. i tried it with my ip i got from whatismyip.de and tried it with the ip i got from console when typing in ipconfig... tried it with both.. didnt work...

I managed to login now, but when trying to log into the server i get the following error:




Just edit the Authserver.opt file and insert the following code:

2. Did you enter your lan ip like : 192.x.x.x ? Then you can try to change the ip to your localhost like : 127.0.0.1

Sorry for double post.

Yes, I tried it with my lan IP, but with the lan IP it says "Can't connect to the login server.", then I tried it with localhost (127.0.0.1) and the login worked, but as soon as I select the server I get this error.

try it with 127.0.0.1 not localhost ( i know it's the same, but maybe is work ; )

and follow my startup procedure :

1. Start PrincessAuroraServer
2. Write in the PrincessAuroraServer : start_service
3. Start CaptainHerlockServer
4. Write in the PrincessAuroraServer : set game.open_external 1

Iam not sure but i think its the Error :

- Cannot connect to the ( Server, Datebase, Table ) etc.

and i had the same error, but i only changed my connection ip to 127.0.0.1 and its work perfectly
