do you mean to ask how to set the kts npc in the game or how to create new npcs?
i think the easiest way is to copy an npc and paste it then edit the id and location to see if it works

i have a question about the server ram.

How can I increase the process.memory and the process.paged_memory in the game server because if I buy too much items, the game server starts lagging and add me the items very slowly.

well about your only option is upping the v-ram and if u have multiple drives disable pagefile size on well here read this

it applys to win7 too
