is there a way to delete all items in a characters inventory threw the database so we dont need to create another account and skill it up and go threw all the trouble... when it gets bugged ?

Goto dbo.Character and find out your Character's sid, remember that.
Then goto dbo.Item and delete all the rows that have the owner_id that matches your character's sid.

Does anyone know why if I log in two different accounts they all bring up the same characters at the character selection screen. I tried changing the account_id from 0 on the character table, but that just makes the character not come up for either account.

You cant enter dungeons through portals right now. You can enter the dungeon at ti and then mess around with your coordinates. You can get them with /positon or /location in ingame chat if your permissions are set to 1. Then use #warp( X , Y , "Character") to experiment with different coordinates. Do note that most dungeons are on the same map, also hv is on the same map like lost mines dungeon.

You can also found the positions of some dungeons in dbo.DungeonRessource.

I guess tamed pets are stored in dbo.SummonResource
