I've heard of it, and to each their own, but it's something I am against. Veggies have far more nutrition, and I enjoy veggies. Nothing wrong with veggies. Many foods either need to be cooked or have more nutrition when cooked, so I'm not down with raw vegan. Some claim they can live on just air, but aside from fasting, that's never proven, and it's totally illogical. Thanks though. Merry Xmas! ^_^ <3

Yes, I'm aware, as I'm a vegan. I don't know why you're telling me this as Forks Over Knives is a vegan documentary series and the site I posted here has recipes and such. I'm posting vegan recipes. This is a cauliflower meat mockup recipe.

I live alone and live abroad. I had plant-based meals at BK today, like I do every day now, twice a day. hehe.
