How to change TW/HK client to English?

There is no language.dat in the directory only NslangData.NOS on NostaleData folder. Is there any hope for translating this client? Hope anyone can help me here...

Not sure what you try to achieve here but you just have to extract the nslang to get all the text files of your language

I wanted to translate everything since I cannot understand Mandarin.

Anyways using OnexExplorer it crashes while opening Monsters.txt from NslangData.NOS. Do you have any idea? I cannot debug right now since I am downloading Visual Studio rn.

You can edit NSlangData and put english .txt files inside, but with changed names, so _code_en_Item.txt becomes _code_tw_Item.txt or something.

Thanks I am on it now. Just wondering if you can suggest how to quickly translate these .txt files? Online translators butchers the spacing when I pasted the key-value pairs.

He means you take the files from english client and put them into hk client

Does the description of the inventory items in the database? I can't seem to find them on NslangData.NOS

Item.txt between the Names there are usually Descriptions
