NFSW will be started regardless... it will only minimize itself and open the game. Don't see what's wrong here

Someone has to edit the catalog and give a price to all of the cars. I only randomized the values so they are only for IGC.

How many cmd windows are supposed to open? v1.8 opens 2, but v1.7 opens 3.

For 1.8 it's 2 since MITMProxy dependency is removed, for 1.7 it's 3.

ok... The only idea of mine left is system compatibility. Is the server supposed to work on Windows XP?

Not really, no. I used Win7,8,8.1&10 standards, XP is just too damn old.
