It's happening because of the not implemented locale settings

Pulling 1.8 off download, will reupload after I fix this.

Thanks Berkay, powerups now work. I had to turn off Windows Smartscreen.

By the way, for my level 10 prize car I got a Mustang RTR-X Stock Car, pretty happy with that

It's more of a "forced" way to make JAVA VM use US-EN standards rather than cyrilic letters and ","&"." for numbers.

If you're not using the 1613 build of NFS:W then I can't help sadly. The server does modify some parts of nfsw's memory and they are hardcoded for the version 1613.

nope everything works expect Cardpacks (do not even try youre igc will be resetted to 0)

Install Python 2.7.10 to c:\

It tries to read from the Registry, did you add Python to the Path like the Readme tells you to? Because after that it has to work:
