I tried using only the car files and attributes.bin from the 2013 files and everything else from the 2015 ones, but the game crashed every time

Edit: With only the car files and the attributes.bin from 2013, the dealership was horribly broken and when I tried to do races, I got infinite loading. And with full 2011 files, the game crashes. I suspect due to driver skills, skill mods, and car tiers.

I actually tried that with the 2011 version (the one that has the BMW M3 E46 and BMW M3 GTR (Most Wanted Bodykit), and had the same result.

I think the only way your getting it is to find a persona that has it as it is no longer in the dealership meaning you have to hack the games exe to put it back as well as find the car files too.
Even this guy does not have it and he has just about everything

I still have problems with pursuits even though problems revolving around them seem to be resolved. Whenever I finish a pursuit, whether I escaped or I've been busted, instead of a window with the results, a window with a loading animation pops up and never finishes loading. The only way around the issue is to close the game and not do pursuits.

TL;DR Pursuits end with an infinite loading animation.

Is this a known issue or is there something I did wrong?

I actually just got that error. I'm on Windows 10 64 bit. The readme says let mitmproxy install and google any errors but I am having some issues with finding an error as specific as that.

EDIT 1: I have found nothing. I'm going to make a post on stackexchange and inform you of any updates.

EDIT 2: I've found out how to get pip to install without the error we had. Before I continue, I wan't to point out that I got an error installing the 64 bit version on a 64 bit machine but the 32 bit went through fine. I'd recommend trying the 64 bit version and if that goes through fine, proceed. If it fails, try using the 32 bit version.
Put either the or the of lxml in

C:\Python27\Scripts

Then open up Command Prompt and paste in

cd C:\Python27\Scripts

Then, for the 64 bit version paste

pip install lxml-3.4.4-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl

or for the 32 bit version.

pip install lxml-3.4.4-cp27-none-win32.whl

If done properly, you should see for the 32 bit version

Processing c:\python27\scripts\lxml-3.4.4-cp27-none-win32.whl
Installing collected packages: lxml
Successfully installed lxml-3.4.4

If done properly for the 64 bit version you will see

Processing c:\python27\scripts\lxml-3.4.4-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl
Installing collected packages: lxml
Successfully installed lxml-3.4.4

Then you can paste

pip install mitmproxy

If all goes you'll see this at the end of the wall of text

Successfully installed cffi-1.3.1 html2text-2015.11.4 mitmproxy-0.14.0 pyparsing-2.0.6

This is not a workaround or a fix but progress as I still receive
