Not quite! The nos is still crazy for some cars and I feel my cars different with your attributes file! Are you sure that you don't modify our cars performance? also, the modified nos is needed too? Anyway is a nice work dude thanks!
Rockerspeed, his mod modifies cars' performance. The AI and the player use the same cars, after all.

Is it possible to add ALL races on the map? I don't mean about the special ones (Ghostwood, Home for Holiday, Lunar, etc) I see those, but from the normal ones only part of them appear on the map, like after a rotation.

1: powerups don't work at all even when i go to safe house an returning to free roam they don't work
2: i'm not sure about this one but i think some of the cars are faster than "online". for example, i got a koenigsegg agera and didn't put parts on it and went for a ride, it was faster than it was in online and it's RPM was 10000!!! why is it like that? i reached 400kmh without nitro with it!

no i didn't install any mode. some of the cars in stock are much faster than normal. like nismo GTR & agera & bugatti
and i realized a bug in game: when you buy a carrera gt special edition which has ultra parts, when you go to free roam, the carrera gt changes with dodge challenger rt! don't know why it happened to me for two times

I know what problem do you have: some cars exchange their performances with others. for example your Agera exchanged the performances with one of the traffic cars available in the car dealer. for fix this bug you have to modificate the attributes.ini (or the availableatlevel.xml, i dont remember), but you'll need so much time for do this.
Is better if you download again the server.rar and you restart from 0.
maybe you can try to import your personas but im sure you will still have the same bug if you do this.

I can´t use the powerups and i dont know where they are they are not on the normal spots ( 1 2 3 4 ) neiter on 1 2 3 4 at the numpad and neither on the buttons 8 4 6 2 on the numpad. can anyone help me with that problem pretty plz. ????

Usually that means windows has blocked the features that allow them to work.
It happened to me, I did not know, because I started the game in full screen and did not see the windows popup to all them to work.
In the game settings, switch to windows mode, exit the game.
Restart the computer, then in the setting.ini file in the server editor, delete what is in there, restart the game, it will ask for the NFSW.exe, add it back in, then start the game, minimize it as it is starting, and see if windows pops up to allow blocked files to work, check both private and public boxes then click ok.
If no window pops up, after the game loads, then attempt to use a powerup, then see if the windows popup happens, then do the fix.
If nothing like that happens, enter and exit the safe house a few times, and attempt to use powerups again, and see if that window pops up.
If powerups still dont work and you did not see a popup of windows asking, go to your windows firewall settings, and click the "change notifications" insure it is set to notify in both boxes, then repeat the process of restarting the game, and trying powerups again.
Then see if you get the windows notify popup
Or, instead of all that, go to the firewall settings, click allow a program or feature through windows firewall, insure python is in checked to allow.
I said this last, because I am not quite sure if python is what is needed to be allowed, which is why doing the other methods, will force windows to bring up the actual program it blocked.
Let me know what happens, so I can use it as future advice, I did not notice what program windows asked for, just knew it had to to with the game not letting powerups to work.

of course you have installed a modd ( hard opponents ) Do not you remember ? and the reason why Agera is set to 10,000 rpm , it is because I put the rpm in that way. but if you don't like your cars reach that speed just replace the attributes.bin with this file (no modifications)
the problem with the car interchange it is not by the modd is the server

Ich würde gerne mit einem Kumpel auf einer gemeinsamen Karte spielen. Er spielt schon länger und hat eine richtige coole Welt erwicht.
Nun ist meine Frage ob ich dessen save-files irgendwo zu meinem Server adden kann, damit direkt diese Welt und nicht irgendeine geladen wird.
Benutze die ganz normale Minecraft-Server.exe , die man auf Minecraft.net downloaden kann.
