I you mean the BMW M3 GTR MW edition, yes, it's in the car dealer. But if you mean the BMW M3 GTR E46 Race spec with the bodykit then no, at the moment it's impossible. You can replace the car 3d files but in the car dealer it will be invisible because it needs other files that at the moment are inaccessible for editing.

I was always thinking about why just not replace perfomance of M3 race with stock M3 replace model with race>>replace everything from race ver to stock version ... but it is not that simple
