btw im just a normal user, and this list is not fair for EC. Broeki test the bad EC, now EC literally change almost everything (yes old EC was really bad if we compare it with actual EC) and yes my opinion is a good opinion, i test a lot of platforms and i reach GM elo multiple times and actually not abusing ADC, just by playing mid.

No you can make adjustments when to use E or feature for best R target. As you said in your screenshot you dev champs without even having knowledge about them, that should prove my point tho. Especially for OTP champs like yasuo, you can't just write it. You need knowledge!

they were not target by banwave, i wouldnt target a dead platform. they are in the constant line of being dead project by absolutely awful decision by the kid in charge but somehow he always manages to get it afloat really impresive noone realises he was pretty much dead 3 times during this year.
