you cant change it, otherwise you will have two jobs, and that will go through db, and you will be busted easyily, banned.

I dont think that they ban u on an p-server cause they're happy on everyone who plays there

This can directly be seen in the Database..
Don't try it on a Pserver you'll get banned kinda fast.

No private server will ignore that,unless its a real bullshit server.
Because..why would GameMasters tolerate that one player has an advantage from the other players?

On the Ranking it will show "Both Jobs" in red and that will cause a perm block on a good private server..and other private servers..meaning those that are not good..are not worth playing on them

Hmm i've had jobhack on a p.server for some time now and ive had no problems so far
Oh and im in the top 10 on the server and in rankings it show's that im still a hermit even tho i have cjb buffs

Lol read of first off all what i have written. I dont said that every p-server wont ban him, i've written that it could be that some p-servers dont ban him, cause the player rate decrease instandly. And when there play just around 100 ppl and 10-20 of them use job hack, then they maybe do nothing.
Job hack isnt that bad as a cd or ug hack. Offcourse big p-servers like XIU will ban them 100% cause there play many ppl. just of the reason that they care for the safety.
