What is the reason for your application?

Dekaron section needs an active moderator, everything was fine when Fearful was around, but since he's retired, spam and posts in wrong sections are taking over the section again.

What experience do you have with MMOs and the game or the subject in particular?

I have been playing MMORPGs since the age of 14, first with MU Online, then 2Moons/Dekaron, with jumps to other online games from time to time.
Apart from Dekaron and MU I played FlyFF, Aion, Jade of Empire, Dragon Nest (my second favourite game after Dekaron) and some other games I wont bother naming as I only tried them out.

How long have you been dealing with the subject?

I started playing 2Moons (now Dekaron) when Acclaim started Open Beta. I believe that happened back in 2007.
Back in action 3 a former friend introduced me to the hacking scene, he gave me an elitepvpers hack pack. After a while of playing around, I thought I'd visit the site, first without an account, I only browsed it, then I decided to register and I stayed until today.
My experience with the subject has grown big since the day I joined, I believe I know the vast majority of features, glitches, bugs, hacks and tricks this game has "offer" .

Are you mentally prepared and fitting for such a position?

I believe so. I have a strong personality which allows me to make decisions others wouldnt.

How do you see yourself?

I see myself as a good person with a lot of self confidence, I like challenges and answering questions that havent been answered before (as long as I know the answer).

Can you handle questions which seem to be stupid?

I'm not sure what I should consider a stupid question, after all the years I spent on various forums, I cant really define it. Each question (as long as it's related to the subject) can be answered, and if it has been answered (some people consider such questions stupid), we can redirect the person to the answer. If it's a question not related to the subsection, the thread should be moved to the right one, if it's a spam/troll thread, it should be deleted, that's how I see handling stupid questions.

How about your knowledge of people in general?

I have met a lot of people in my life, and I have that weird ability (I guess I could call it an ability) of looking at something from a distance, I rarely take stuff personally, that's not always a good thing, but at least I can analyze a situation and not panic when things get too serious.

Experience as a moderator:

I used to be a GM (then HGM, its very similar to moderator job) and a GFX team member on the top MU Online server (at least back then... it was #1).
I know the rules and I follow them, I also report every violation I can spot, in 90% of the cases I use "silent reporting", which means if I report something, I decide whether or not it's necessary to post that kind of information or not. I do it only if it's something unusual, not too obvious and the person should know that it's not ok. But that rarely happens.

Well, since the time I moderated there, I personally think that you are a very good reporter as the reports always had a sense and were on-topic.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - Why would you want a moderator who's got a negative TBM? Who knows, it might be a fake negative, but It's still a chance I wouldn't be willing to take. But, I won't judge you upon that, and I believe everyone deserves a chance, so I'm going to say yes.

I don't know why u post this agian and agian, the TBM Says nothing about him and or how he will make his "job" as a mod,. It's senseless to Judge people just because they got +500 or -2 TBM. You don't have to say this in every thread.

that's one of the biggest reasons I applied. As long as Arby was there, the section was fine, my reports were handled sometimes within 2 - 3 minutes. Now that he's gone though, the section is becoming a little messy.

A negative TBM don't always means he is a scammer, it also can just mean that he isn't a good trader.

Yes from me, I think he would be a very capable mod for this section. He knows his stuff around Dekaron, and easily fits all of the requirements.

Qualifies with ease for all pre-requirements. The absolute TBM values mean nothing, the ratio gives a much better estimate, which is 62 against 1.

Bottom line is that he's the best possible candidate for a MOD in the Dekaron section. Absolutely a YES.
