You can change the Model size via mdlDyna.inc
for example, the size from a CS Pet (in my opinion you can make the same with Weapons)

Yes i know that part but what i wanted to do is to change the size of the model using Atools or using the right software to resize the model. PLease let me know if it's possible to resize a model using Atools model editor.

Ofc, you can re-scale it in ATool Model Editor too. You need to convert the o3d file into obj file first. Then you can re-scale it. Don't forget to convert it back to o3d.
