I was wondering how can I put the Restriction on guild siege where only level 150 players can join in the siege and how to make the siege every 3 hours in a day?

It's formatted as

Day , Hour , Minute

so you basically add 3 in each hour.

1 = Saturday ---> 7 = Sunday
