When you get a bite in game, there are three strengths that the fish will pull on the rod. You can tell in game by how far the rod bends and the noise it makes.
Each fish tugs on the rod with a certain strength. For example, all Big Fish except The Salter will tug with "heavy" strength. So, for most Big Fish without mooches, you can ignore Light/Medium tugs. This will make the bot not use Hook on those tug types, which speeds up fishing.

This thing then is useless until u are a high lvl fisher no? in low lvl like -40 this dont have a usefull apply no?

Not necessarily. Say you only want a fish that has a medium tug, but you catch a lot of light tug fish that you don't care about, well if that's the case then you can speed up your catching of medium tug fish by simply ignoring the light tug ones since ignoring the light tug fish is faster than reeling them in.
In summary: It's speeds up catching specific types of fish based on the tug type, which can be useful e.g. for quests, cooking, etc...

I have yet to see a list of fish tugs, so I can't help you much there. However, next time you fish just keep an eye on how the fishing rod bends. If it's a quick bend, then it's a light tug, if it bends twice then it's a medium tug, and if the rod bends quick a bit then it's a heavy tug.

worked fine till today, now i get the error that he cant find the chat log, how to fix that? thanks in advance

You're the second person to have this problem (the other person also seemed to have resolved it himself :P).
I'll take a look and see if I can find the reason for this issue.
I've uploaded a new version of the fishing bot that uses a different signature to locate the chat log. Hopefully this resolves the "Unable to find chat log" error that some have been experiencing.

I have a prototype botany/mining bot, however I wasn't satisfied with the waypoint system that it used so I decided to put it on hold. I may begin working on it again once I get a little more free time.

I got the error:
Unable to find the current weather pointer!
My game is in UK english. Never had any error before with this bot. Tried 1.4.0.0 and 1.4.0.1, same error.
