[HOW-TO] Get the game for free

Saw this "solution" across some cheat providers for their users and want to share it now. Its pretty stimple. If you got banned after a short period or immediatley after buying the game (HWID ban) just chargeback the shit out of them through PayPal or Creditcard.

Tested and approved solution. (4 times personally)

CreditCard
Difficulty: Middle
Win chance: Very high

Call or mail your bank and say you purchased a product and lost access to it. Send them the ban message and they will do the rest for you. After 2-3 months you will have your money back. Their seller Xsolla doesnt do shit and you can just sit back. The most fun stuff is that you can once again purchase with the same credit card. Great if you want to test if you are still HWID banned.


PayPal
Difficulty: Light
Win chance: Medium

Make a claim that your product is not as decribed and show them the ban message from the email. Their seller Xsolla often doesnt even reply to the chargebacks and you win after some weeks. Very easy, very simple and good rate of success. No risk for the PayPal account.

Always state that you purchased access to a "product" and that the seller took it away and thats why you deserve a full refund.

As their support never replies to the support tickets (for bans) and that it could be that you just purchased a second hand pc or a hard drive which was hwid banned, their ToS and user guidlines is bullshit. The MasterCard / Visa policy is that the merchant needs to reply to the customer requests which is also a required thing for the chargeback. Since they dont reply you got a 99 % success rate in any case.

Transparency and Information:

Clear Communication: The game publisher must clearly inform players about the consequences of violating the Terms of Service (TOS), including any potential hardware ID bans. This information should be prominently displayed during the purchase process and in the TOS.
Game Functionality: If a player purchases a new license key for the game without knowing that their hardware ID has been banned, and the new license does not work as a result, this could be seen as a failure to deliver a functional product. The game publisher should have informed the player about the hardware ID ban.

Right to Refund:

Can agree, works just fine. They usually send delivery proof (IP) but since you state you lost access / product not as received it automatically bypass their "proof".

What for credit score lmao. It doesnt affect anything with your credit card nor "credit score" even if you lose or win. There can be a limitation by the issuing bank which handles the chargeback but that ranges from 5 (europe) to 10+ (USA) chargebacks per year.

In short, there is no issue. With MasterCard and Visa the Merchant is always the dumb one in an chargeback. Also if you wonder, there is a reason why MC/Visa + the issuing bank nearly always side with the Buyer and not the Merchant.
