Hey man, sorry, when you say "send to the bank ban message" what you mean? send them the email where it says im banned lol?
So then they will read i violated terms , this is the reason my acc got blocked etc..
I dont know what should i write to bank supp cuz i bought with my credit card.. And can i do it even if i bought my acc 1 year ago?

Obviously you just send a snippet of the ban message not the whole thing. The purchase shouldnt be older than 3 months for a very high success rate. 1-2 months is like 95 % success rate. Everything older drops.

its not eft related however you might have some anwers for me,
i got banned in cod mw in the big wave so i refunded trough pp.
using the same pp gets me banned?
idk if they blacklist but it might sound right thing to do from their side

Depends from site to site. They can also pre block your account so that the payment doesnt even go through. I mean you can try it.

Should you escalate the paypal case or wait it out?
Also i sent the same screenshot with the same username twice (oops lol). Think thats an issue? I hope not because its probably not the same employee that checks BOTH claims.

Normally Xsolla doesnt answer on the dispute. They will answer once its escalated. You can already escalate it if you want but before write in the case that the merchant never responded back to any emails and that you still dont have access to the product.
As of the screens, shouldnt be an issue.

They never reply to any support tickets or mails so MasterCard/Visa always sides with the buyer.

Just FYI eventually they'll catch on and ban your payment method. It has happened to my bank debit card and my PayPal
