Problem With adding NEW / Custom casuals

Ok Ive been having issues with adding casuals ( Dont Link me to any guides because i can put a casual in 100% fine )

Here is the issue, When we add a casual we put the

3dtexture in, 3dobj in, and armor in....

The problem is When we place this into the BOTTOM of the armor.ini file, It dosnt register, It shows the casual is invisible, But If i move it to the TOP of the armor.ini file it works ? Anyone know what can be coursing this, Ive looked for errors in armor.ini and i havnt found any sign of what could be coursing it

Thats what i post at the bottom , dosnt work, Post it at the top it does work ... Strange huh ? anyone know

you might have a dublicate in your file or an error so it doesn't continue

Well ive looked to where the casuals start working and i dont seem to see any errors at all

Ive added my Armor.ini

but ive searched through like 1/10th of the bottom and after a point they work again, then you go back down and it stops working but i cant see why.

Same happened to me with a different issue about walking/stand on mount when u first mount it, i moved the data of that pet to the top and it stoped acting like that, ini files are tricky I guess.
