Netdragon shutting down servers,protect yourself.

yea this is the only fourm that iv shared my server too...if its on another fourm had to be from a player...

ok , i want to ad 1 big mistake to this thing

it doesnt go over the CLIENT
it goes over the SERVER FILES
like ACCOUNT.EXE (copyright TQ)
and GAMESERVER.EXE (copyright TQ)

they doesnt care about the client if you use it or not , they just care over the server files that are copyright protected

then the minor is the game client , and all other things

then i like to add 1 BIG NOTE
TOS does not protect the creatiors to vieuw the website

this was the first thing they told me when i contacted my persone to protect me
i suggested it to , they say , TOS DOESNT MATHER it cant prevent some1 for vieuwing your website (funny , see it as vbulletin , just a tos on it and you can use NULLED software ... why not ??)

so , the other stuff can help to prevent that they catch you faster
but as soon they know where the server stands on , then they will contact you
and you risk the 6 months of jail because you use the server files (account.exe and stuff)

so , if you got some other ways to prevent it ?? then please let me know

i am searching a way to to prevent it and i founded a small 1 but not sure if it going works (beta server release is public :S but not 100% sure of it because i am still buzzy whit them )

There Lying out there ass man if they break ur Website TOS U have every right to Use leagal force and sue them .

P.S. i got a letter from netdragon its funny they are lazy they had my email but had fheo website for the trademark ect , but yeah i quit eo 2 months ago and i shut my server down 2 months ago so Lmao there stuipd

eum to answer your question

i asked it to my persone who takes care of it , and he says that a tos cant protect you from the creators to vieuwing your webiste
els is it easy to place nulled sofware where no action can be taken against ( sorry , tos thells you to beat of my webiste ...)

a tos protects you and gives you the right to take actions and stuff , but doesnt protect you from not vieuwing a website

a tos can protect you from giving refunds .. a tos can protect you if something goes wrong so its not your mistake
a tos can protect you from fraude and stuff , in any way , if some1 complain to you then they cant do anything because it goes to the client (webhosting)

but it DOES NOT protect you from copyrights and vieuwing your website
they got the right to "break" the tos if they are the owners of the stuff on your website

in case you dont belive me , feel free to use a nulled vbulletin , create a nice tos and
post your nulled vbulletin website on vbulletin.com and you will see in 1 day that you got big trouble (damm they break the tos ... )

thats the difference , tos is just to protect you from damage but doesnt make stuff legal

Well TQ Was Activated and Started to Close some Pserver for 3 Reasons
1.They Don't have enough money to host their servers so they merged.
2.DarkNightEO Owner/Players Spam every Legion war in Sydney in the Broadcast and they were reported by many TQ Players so THE ****** THAT ACTIVATED IT HAVE TO STOP IT.
3.With That TQ Thought that Their Donators were Moved to the Pservers to Get More EPs each Donation .-./-.-

dude get real TQ started it because they got the right to do it... your running an illegal project so face it... they lost money yeah but this was started long ago with shutting down chinese pservers.

simply this games are like there young kids... and if someone rape your kid u either gonna get agressive and kill him... or sue him and TQ using the laws.

and seriously i think some of you sent them mail to be allowed running pservers... u will never be allowed to run a game without a legall contract which will cost you money and TQ doesn't support this.. they run there own games.
