yes i agree, i am actually scared a bit, and sad for the people who donated in my server, the whole point is that the Tq will never stop us from amking private servers, if they stop us, there will be other people making them...Catface2345<--- its easy to say that they should back off, but we all just have to hope that they will back off of us, so we can carry on with the stuff we are doing.

TQ will never stop pservers...and as everyone knows if every pserver get closed...there will be new ones....that will really make TQ be afraid of them....I HOPE THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE THE BEST PSERVER DEVELOPERS WILL COOPERATE TO ONE TEAM TO MAKE A GREAT PSERVER WITH NEW EDITS AND STUFF TO DROP DOWN TQ....but this is only a hope...

acme isnt above the law.. the only way to protect urself is get a hosting in a country which doesnt have anything with US to do.. read through the email and u will find that the laws in the clausules they referring to doesnt exist.. also how much we edit the client the structure of it still is copyrighted to TQ.. doesnt matter if we change the name to something else.. its like selling a BMW as your own brand cuz u removed the beemer tag and put another sticker on it.. its still stealing.. acme is protected by swedish law and US law cant be applied here.. also we do have a really good attourney who said that we dont have to worry.. so we keep on rocking.. and we never said we wont help anyone.. we just feel sad that when things start to get ugly.. we are taking the blow for everyones loss.. and thats really not nice!! what have we ever done to you more than releasing lots of **** for you to use on your own servers? if you dont like to play in our server.. fine.. but dont badtalk us cuz you dont like the drops or whatever reason u have.. keep it to yourself. /nooneatall

most of those are stock but elite ones its like u sayd u tag and selling like ur own at a legal level and ty for the wonderfull releses

hey i mean if copyrighted only for client i can use page download in my site to other hosting like my site eocandy.com and uploud client and pathes and page download in mixgm.com and use link it in my site only and np if close the mixgm.com in any time i can change it or if i do that him can close eocandy.com or no ?

server software and database is opensource from the beginning which means noone have copyright over it..
only thing thats copyrighted is the client

they cooperate with BMW though and have their permission to do it

well Netdragon sure seems to be on roll, i hosted a friends P server that hasnt even been released to the public, and Netdragons attorney called me lastnight at around 5:30pm my time.
Told me to give out my friends phone number, place of address, and his full name.
And if i didn't i would be held accountable for the server and all its related copy right material, and that i would be the one being prosecuted and sued.
So my suggestion to all of you, is to call a lawyer and find out how...

CO Is not shutting down

i read a post saying co is shutting down it's not. It takes little time to maintain, hell they probably have programs that do that. the income is better then the labor. TQ will prbably make a patch to make dbs drop more and we will have the game easier. it is weird that there arel ittle - none high plus's i've seen a +7 once in my life on the english servers. These things shouldn't be as rare
